This session is designed to focus on cultivating both balance and strength, giving you the stability and power you need for a grounded, centered practice.
Kate will guide you through a dynamic flow, linking each movement to your breath. There is a focus on postures that build core stability, strengthen your legs, and improve balance. Throughout the class, you are encouraged you to listen to your body, finding both effort and ease in each pose. Balance is a skill built with consistent practice, so remember: it’s okay if you feel challenged, or even a little wobbly.
You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).
Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.
Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 😊
