Running a club

Running a Club, Society or Project is a really valuable experience and gives you the opportunity to gain many skills that employers recognise. If you are on a committee of a club, society or project you may benefit from being involved in Imperial Plus, a programme that helps you develop these skills. For more information, visit the Imperial Plus pages.

Union Reception

The Union Reception is here to help you. We’re open from 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, providing all of the services that you might need to successfully operate a club or society at Imperial College Union.

6 College networked PCs are available. A photocopier is also available for Clubs & Societies to print from their club account. A free phone line and fax facilities are also provided. Club & Society post is delivered to pigeon holes at the rear of the Union Offices.

Student Activities Team

We have a team of staff and sabbatical officers to support all of the activities on offer. We provide training, resources, day to day support and administration of activities.
The aspects of running a Club, Society or Project are vast and what each volunteer does will depend on your group and role within it.
For assistance in running your group, take a look at the training pages in this section and if you can't find an answer to your question get in touch with one of the team, please contact the Activities Team.
