Join Seema for a rejuvenating Vinyasa Yoga class designed to harmonize mind, body, and breath. In this class, Seema brings her gentle yet focused approach to guide students through traditional Vinyasa Yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation practices.
What to Expect:
Asanas: A series of foundational yoga poses practiced at a moderate pace, helping to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.
Pranayama: Breathwork exercises to calm the mind, increase lung capacity, and center the body.
Mindfulness & Relaxation: Each session ends with guided relaxation, allowing you to leave feeling peaceful and refreshed.
You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).
Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.
Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 😊
