On the evening of Wednesday 1 March, candidates involved in the Leadership Elections 2017 will take part in Meet the Candidates, our annual hustings event. It is your chance to see who your candidates are, and what they stand for. We’ll be putting them on the spot, grilling them, and dissecting their policies.
The event is usually live streamed through YouTube - this year, we’re doing things a little differently...
- We’re not only putting the candidates on stage in front of a live audience, we’ll be live streaming them as well
- We’re adding new types of questions
- We’re changing the way the panel judge our candidates
YOU can be part of the experience by being part of the audience at the event at Imperial College Union. There are limited spaces, so keep an eye out as to how you can get in on it.
If you're a potential candidate... start alerting your campaign teams – we strongly advise you to bring them in on the night.

Voting in the Leadership Elections 2017 takes place from noon on Friday 3 March to noon on Friday 10 March; you'll be able to cast your vote online or mobile at imperialcollegeunion.org/vote.
The winners of the Leadership Elections 2017 will be revealed live at our Results Party in Metric, beginning at 20.00 on Friday 10 March.
