The College has now published the draft Student Support Strategy! This sets out the College’s first institutional strategy on how to support students. We’re excited – we’ve been working on this with the College all year, and are seeking as much student input as possible. You can see the draft in full on the College’s webpage.
More importantly, you now have a chance to have your say! The College has just released a survey (on the same webpage), open until August 31, for you to say exactly what you think of the plans, and what you think students need to see in the future.
Most exciting of all – you can meet the Director of Student Services, Hannah Bannister, in person at Union Council, 18:30 Tuesday 19 June, in RSM G01, Royal School of Mines. All students welcome – please come and be a part of the discussion of the plans.
We’ll also be around in person, on pop-up consultation stalls, where you can talk to us about the strategy, and give feedback on what you think. The schedule is:
Monday 18 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | SAF Foyer |
Tuesday 19 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Junior Common Room |
Wednesday 20 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Sherfield Foyer |
Thursday 21 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Main Entrance (Business School) |
Friday 22 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Reynolds Building, Charing Cross |
Monday 25 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Reynolds Building, Charing Cross |
Tuesday 26 June | 11:30 – 13:30 | Sherfield Foyer |
Looking forward to meeting you!
All the best,
Fintan
