Nominations open at noon, 3 February 2020 for major student leadership positions at Imperial for academic year 2020-21. The Leadership Elections are our biggest democratic exercise when we elect our President, Deputy Presidents, Felix Editor and Council Chair, among other positions. We will also be electing Liberation and Community Officers, Academic Departmental Reps, Wellbeing Departmental Reps, as well as the committees of our constituent unions and clubs and societies with over 140 member. Some positions are full time and paid, while others are part time and voluntary. However, all play an important role in shaping and enhancing the student experience.

About the Leadership Elections 2020 (LE20)
Leadership Elections are an important part of ensuring that we have a robust democracy as a students' union and we are proud of our tradition of having one of the highest turnouts in the country. In 2019, a record 8121 students voted with massive gains across most demographics. Over 800 candidates ran for 774 positions. See the stats for last year's elections and the results.
