Or are you just interested in answering some quiz questions on TV?  Then sign up to the trials for this year’s University Challenge!

Round 1 trials will be a written paper next week (19 Oct - 26 Oct), on campus (please bring your own pens). You must sign up to take part in the trials.

The dates are, at South Kensington Campus:

  • Thursday 22nd 6-8pm
  • Monday 26th 6-8pm

Charing Cross Campus:

If you perform well on the test, you will be invited to a buzzer round which will be on Thursday 29th October, 6-8pm at South Kensington Campus. Spaces are limited due to Coronavirus precautions so make sure to sign up on our website here. No need to be a member of the society - this is open to all students, but you will have to sign in to the website for the event to be visible.

If the only day you can do is full, or you have any other queries relating to trials please email

We encourage everyone to try out, regardless of background, or past quizzing experience, and even if you’re only interested in one or two subjects- you can still contribute to a great team! We look forward to seeing you there!
