Represent Imperial on University Challenge!

Thursday 18 October 2018

Would you like to represent Team Imperial in the BBC's University Challenge, a long-running quiz show where UK universities compete by answering difficult questions?

We won in 2001 and would like to win again! Trials start next week, and absolutely anyone can enter: Undergraduate and Postgraduate on any course; all ages and identities - literally any Imperial student.

There will be a VARIETY of subjects (not just STEM-related questions) - so you'll need to have a wide range of knowledge.

The first rounds of trials are starting next week at South Kensington; just turn up, there is no need to sign up.

  • Pippard Lecture Theatre (Sherfield Building, South Kensington Campus) on Monday 29th October from 18:00
  • Brian Drewe Lecture Theatre (Charing Cross campus) on Wednesday 31st October from 18:00

You will be expected to answer a set of questions individually to see if you can make it to the next rounds, which will be held on 7th November on the South Kensington Campus.

Want to give it a shot? Just show up on the day, no need to register. Have any further questions? Email James Medler, Deputy President (Clubs & Societies) at dpcs@imperial.ac.uk.
