After almost a month of planning, all the requests have been received, tables located and plans drawn up. Check out the brand new plans here. I have tried to sort the stalls into zones of similar activities. Hopefully this will attract students into areas of their interest and find some new Clubs!

Its been great fun receiving all your requests and seeing everyone’s ideas for the fair. I hope your all as excited as I am about the actual day, and I look forward to meeting everyone and seeing some amazing stands.

The plan for this years Freshers’ Fair is an all weather plan. If it does rain we have a couple of Union marques which will be rapidly deployed to cover any of the stalls outside. So there is no need to worry about the chance of rain as all of the stalls that are outside can be covered without having to move.

There is still much planning still to do for the after party and the running of Freshers’ Fair during the day. We will also need several volunteers to help out during the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a good time our “Freshers’ Fair Makers” in effect.
