Have you got your timetable sorted yet?

This year the College has introduced a new subscription calendar service to help you find out where and when to find your lectures and classes. If your department is participating, then you should have already received an email with an ICS link which is the location of your new calendar.  If you haven’t received one, or just want to see if you are eligible, enter your email address at www.imperial.ac.uk/facilitiesmanagement/timetabling/mytimetable/.

You will be returned a link which MUST be COPIED and PASTED into the Calendar application you are using on your device, e.g. Outlook, Google Calendar, iMacs, Smartphones. Please DO NOT click on this link as this will only create a static timetable, which will not update any future changes to your timetable.  If you are not seeing what you expect in your timetable, this is probably why. To fix this, you will need to delete this calendar and re-subscribe being careful to follow ALL the instructions at https://imperial.service-now.com/ict/search.do?sysparm_search=celcat.
