A.C.T. Now! will kick start Imperial Enterprise Week with the Social Enterprise Showcase. We'll be showcasing the work of over 10 student led social enterprises at Imperial, and 4 teams will pitch for your pledges and match funding made possible by Imperial Enterprise Lab.
This is a live crowdfunding event, where you'll be able to pledge the cost of your £5 ticket - with every £5 pledged worth £15 thanks to the generous match funding! A minimum of £1500 will be awarded on the night!
Meet the pitching teams:
- Symbiota: revolutionising the treatment of chronic malnutrition
- LearnForLife: enabling refugees and asylum seeks access to higher education in the UK
- IRIS Drone Technologies: engineering innovative aerial solutions to provide healthcare to remote communities
- City Giving: tackling homelessness and fighting stigma of public donations, utilising mobile app technology to make a difference
