Security, Reception & Postal Services - Consultation

As part of the Operational Excellence (OE) Programme and following on from the work undertaken within Building Maintenance, there is a natural progression to now consider the wider services provided by Estate Facilities. The OE programme provides the framework to enhance, improve and integrate the delivery of our Security, Reception and Postal services, in support of our Academic community.

We are looking for feedback and ideas from all students and staff to help improve these services. The results of the consultation will be used to inform the OE Programme and Estate Facilities team, both of which are aiming to identify and improve processes and systems, whilst delivering more consistent and higher quality services.

One of the methods used to gather feedback is an online survey containing questions about how members of the College use the Security, Reception and Postal services. The results will then be used to review the service priorities across all campuses and highlight areas for potential improvement.

The survey will close on 20 June.

As part of every OE project, face-to-face interviews are carried out with major users of each process across the College. We will be heading out into the College community on the below dates to gain feedback from students and staff across the entire College.
