Imperial College Women in Business is excited to announce our official launch event "Women in Innovation" - an exciting panel discussion by Imperial Alumni, followed by a networking session. 

Some of the confirmed speakers include:
- Katerina Domenikou (Seniro programmer in bloomber and Co Chair Women in Bloomberg Technology)
- Ruth Allen (Consulting Manager at Deloitte)
- Dr. Rana Lonnen (Director & Founder of RJ Life Sciences Consultancy Ltd)
- Rashee Pandey (Marketing & Communications Manager at Bankable)
- Dana Dennis Smith (Founder & CEO at Obelisk Support)
- Diego Bivero Volpe (CEO & Co-Founder at Rolly)

The format of the event would be the aforementioned leaders discussing:
1. Their personal professional backgrounds
2. Biggest challenge in the industry as a woman
3. Gender equality & the role of men
4. Tackling unconscious bias
5. Female career progression & initiatives that help support this

The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience, as well as networking with canapes & drinks provided. We have professionals and recruiters from global firms who will be exclusively attending the networking session (More details TBA)
