On Friday evening at 21:30 many users were unable to purchase their early-bird Summer Ball 2014 tickets due to our website becoming unavailable. We are investigating what caused the problem.

For those users that were unable to purchase their tickets, we are extending the early-bird offer until midnight on Tuesday 1 April. We apologise to our members that were affected by the website's outage over the weekend.
