| 19:30 - 01:30 | Free funfair rides including Dodgems and a Ferris Wheel. |
| 20:00 - 01:00 | BBQ food available to purchase on the Queen's Lawn Terrace. |
| 21:00 - 02:00 | Music in The Great Hall opens - see Jeff Automatic, Huw Stephens and Duke Dumont. |
| 22:45 | Firework display over the Queen's Lawn. |
| 01:30 - 06:00 | Afterparty starts in Beit Quad; FiveSixEight, Metric and the Union Bar. |
| 02:00 | Ball finishes on South Kensington campus. |

Are your friends joining you in Wonderland?
Tickets are selling fast - have your friends got their tickets? If not, why not?! Tell them to go online at imperialcollegeunion.org/summerball and get their tickets before 12:00 on Saturday . We wouldn't want them to miss out!
Essential items to bring
1: Your College ID - you will need this to redeem your ticket and get your wristband.
2: Your guest/s - if you've bought tickets for you and other people, you will all need to arrive at the same time to redeem your whole booking.
3: Proof of age - you and your guests will need photographic ID to prove that you're over 18. A valid driving licence or passport will be accepted as proof of age.
A few little things...
Doors open to the Ball at 19:00. You need to enter through the College's main entrance on Exhibition Road. There you will have your College card swiped and you'll be given a wristband. You must wear your wristband at all times, otherwise the Queen of Hearts will have your head!
Don't be late, late, late! Entry to the Ball closes at 00:00, so make sure you're in by then. Also, there's no re-entry for the Ball – once you're in, you're in!
The Summer Ball is spread out all over campus , but we don’t want you missing out on anything! Look out for maps dotted around to find out where everything is, and to make sure you have the most Wonderland time.
Wondering what to wear? There is no "dress code" per se, however in past years attendees have preferred to capitalise on the glamour of the event and come in black tie. Don't forget the Alice in Wonderland theme - this might inspire you to whack out the red shoes or bow tie!
