In the run up to exams it is easy to fall into the trap of camping out in the library, eating junk food and living from one cup of coffee to the next. Although spending 24 hours studying can feel like the only way to get anything done with exams looming on the horizon, taking regular breaks and making sure you look after yourself are good ways to boost productivity and keep you going through a stressful time of year.
This is why the Union’s Stress Less campaign is being relaunched this Spring. Stress Less is a programme of fun, free events which are running throughout the January exam period to help you take breaks and beat stress.
Stress Less kicks off this Tuesday with ‘Meditation Made Easy’ and ‘Stress Less’ workshops although you can check out the whole range of events on our What’s On pages and the Stress Less website: https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/your-union/campaigns/stress-less. Between Laughter Yoga, our Zen Lounge, gentle strolls around Hyde Park and Arts and Crafts sessions, there is something for all tastes.
