Stonewall Talent Programme

Applications are open for the Stonewall Talent Programme 2014 - a free programme supporting the development of a new generation of lesbian, gay and bisexual role models.

Held in London from 3-5 September, the Stonewall Talent Programme explores the idea of what it means to be yourself in the workplace in terms of sexual orientation whilst giving you the space to reflect on your values and what you want from your future. The programme is free - including accommodation and meals.

What to expect

Held over two days with a reunion six weeks later, the Stonewall Talent Programme inspires you to think about your impact on others as young LGB leaders and role models. Led by Stonewall facilitators, the programme creates a safe space for you to explore what it measn to be lesbian, gay or bisexual in the workplace.

Who should apply?

We are keen to hear from applicants (aged 18-24) who are already thinking about their future careers, are already in the workplace or in education working towards a graduate position. Stonewall especialy welcomes applications from those from black and minority ethnic backgrounds and people who consider themselves to have a disability.

How do I apply?

The Stonewall Talent Programme is for LGBT youth aged 18-24.
