This information is for all new students coming to the Pre-Freshers' Meet-up at 13:00 on Saturday 22 September 2012. If you cant make it at the start, there'll be lots of possibilities to join in later in the day, you wont get left out, dont worry!
The Plan
We're going to meet with everyone in FiveSixEight from 13:00. We have a few activities planned for whilst people are arriving (to be released tomorrow, we don't want to give anyone a head start...)
From 14:00 we're going to be sending you off in groups around the campus (hint: make friends with someone who has a camera phone if you dont have one...)
After an hour or so we'll hopefully all be back in the Union building and RAG - the charity arm of the Union - have some more things planned to keep you occupied...
Getting Here

In terms of more practical help, you can phone the Union on 07725159756.
All the sabbs will be wearing custard coloured t-shirts, and we'll put some signs out pointing you in the right direction too.
The Union building is on the North side of Beit Quad. It's a large mainly red brick building with sandystone at the base.
