The 11 – 17 May 2015 is Mental Health Awareness Week, the aim is to get the public to talk more openly about the issues that surround mental health and to raise awareness of the issues people face. It is also a time to get people thinking about their own mental wellbeing. During this busy and stressful time of the year this is particularly important for students studying at Imperial.
There are a range of activities and events to get involved in to help relieve the stress of exams. Why not try some Mindfulness Meditation at the Chaplaincy, or some gentle stretching with Yoga?
