Launched in 2012, Imperial Festival has gone from strength to strength, with over 15,000 visitors attending in 2016. Researchers, students, support staff and alumni work together to make the festival happen each year; sharing the fantastic work of the College while also gaining new skills and experiences. 

If you haven’t been involved before why not give it a try? There are so many ways to contribute; from giving a talk or demo, to running a workshop, and from helping out with event operations to guiding visitors. You don’t have to be available for the whole weekend - there are lots of different shifts and roles on offer. Further details of these can be found on the College website. The call for proposals is now open – please apply online for a demonstration, talk or performance and see the guidelines for demonstrators.

If you would like to volunteer please get in contact with the Festival team. We will then send you details of the time slots available. Volunteers will be provided with a full briefing plus meal tickets and a certificate of participation.
