ICT print service outage this Friday

As part of a wider effort to modernise College's central print service, ICT will be carrying out software maintenance from 17:00 on Friday 10 July to 09:00 on Monday 13 July. During this time the touch card printers will not be available for printing, photocopying or scan-to-email services. You will not be able to check balance, top up or transfer printer credits during this time. While print credits will be preserved, printing jobs will not be migrated to the new system. ICT apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Staff and students with printing to do during or close to this period should plan accordingly and complete jobs before 16:40 on Friday 10 July or make alternative arrangements, for example, using local printers or using printers without touch cards. Please check Printing and Instructions for printing on touch card printers for updates on how to setup and use the service after the upgrade.
