We wanted to let you know about some important changes the College has made to its Campus Services division to ensure that they put you, the Imperial community first.
Campus Services has now separated out all commercial activities so that each area has an entirely transparent mission to provide you with services at the true cost of operating them, or where they can, subsidised by the College (e.g. Sport and Catering).
Campus Services continues to be led by Jane Neary (Director of Campus Services), supported by a dedicated team providing you with the services you need to enjoy College-life to the full. These are:
- Catering & College Events (led by Jemma Morris)
- Residential Services & the Student Hub (led by Paul Noke)
- Sport Imperial (led by Grant Danskine)
- Early Years Education Centre, EYEC (led by Tracy Halsey)
The College has also consolidated all commercial activities together so that they can take forward an important part of the College’s strategy – the Commercial Operations team, led by Charles Gallagher (Head of Commercial Operations) drives forward revenue generation for Imperial which is reinvested in our mission, College activities and world-class facilities.
Commercial Operations is made up of the following portfolio of activities:
- Summer Vacation Lettings
- Gradpad
- Commercial Conferencing & Events
- Commercial Sport
You should start to see the benefits of these changes soon as they strengthen their vision for the future together in consultation with you as key stakeholders, of course!
