Since stepping down as Chief Executive of Engineers Without Borders UK, Andrew has had the chance to engage with a broad range of professionals – including statisticians, civil servants, urban planners, medics, educators, business leaders, diplomats, soldiers and journalists. He has been considering how and why the ideas of ‘massive small change’ developed at Engineers Without Boarders-UK might apply to the wider world.
