Imperial College Union is the voice for all students at Imperial and our aim is to make your time at the College the best it can be. We are constantly working to enhance the student experience not only in your academic life, but outside of lecture halls and laboratories.
We have been working with College on this year's Student Experience Survey which covers various areas of student life, from specific pastoral services, to the Academic Representation network to student support. Participating in the Student Experience Survey should only take around 15 minutes and it is your opportunity to make a difference to the rest of your time at Imperial and that of those that will come after you.
Filling out the survey will help us make Imperial a better place to study, make friends and learn new skills. In fact as a direct result of last year's survey we have worked with the College to make these changes:
- Started the process of implementing a personal tutor logging and feedback system – this is currently being piloted with certain cohorts.
- Agreed another ‘late night’ appointment slot at the Health Centre starting next term.
- Extended the out of hours provision of the counselling service.
These are just a few of the changes that have been implemented as a result of your feedback so please do take the time to fill it out. The survey is open to everyone except final year undergraduates as they are expected to fill out the National Student Survey.
