Hi guys,

I will continue to ensure that all ICG projects are organised well and operate smoothly. As someone very interested in strategy consulting as a career, I will give my best efforts to ensure that ICG enriches both our clients and our associates. I will aim to arrange training sessions prior to the start of each project to help ICG members to think like consultants when approaching projects. I will also ensure multiple checkpoints to assess whether each project team requires further assistance.
