Hello!

My name is Rizwan and I believe I will excel in the secretary role for MechSoc.

As treasurer for the Engineering Change Grain Storage Project last year, I learnt a lot about organisation within small teams. I also realised the direct positive impact that my actions can have on my peers.

As project manager and chair throughout the Autumn term Design Project, I developed my team leading skills by organising and leading regular meetings. Furthermore, my note-taking and listening skills were enhanced by taking meeting minutes and providing a brief summary to my team.

As MechSoc secretary, I hope to expand upon these expertise in order to help my fellow MechEng peers.
