Please, fill out the following details in order to register a request for the hire of a Union Minibus. Please note that you will be asked to provide a Purchase Order number and the names of at least one Union approved driver. For journeys longer than 4 hours, you will be asked to provide the names of at least two Union approved drivers. To find out our hire prices, please consult our Price Matrix. After you you have logged your request, you will be contacted by a member of the Activities team, to confirm your booking and provide any additional details as needed. As your booking will be considered alongside other bookings from College Departments and Union Clubs, Societies and Projects, we recommend that you send in your request at lest 3 weeks before the date of your hire.
Please, note that fuel expenditure is covered by your Department and should be claimed back directly from them. In order for that to happen, make sure that you keep hold of all fuel receipts and related expenditure on your journey.
